Define Thumbs Up/Down.

This article explains the details of thumbs up/down rating 

It’s a five-star rating system in a simpler version where participants can simply choose thumbs up if they want to recommend the content or thumbs down if they don’t want to recommend it. 

Steps to follow to add this rating: 

Step 1: Choose the thumbs up/down option from the drop-down of the survey options list as shown below: 

Step 2: You can edit the option name if needed, after adding the question and filling all the details "Save" it.
