Emotion Insights Dashboard
The Emotion Insights Dashboard provides detailed emotional metrics from both Eye Tracking and Facial Coding studies.
The Emotion Insights dashboard is where the real magic happens, where users can analyze participants' emotional responses identified through Eye tracking and Facial Coding.
To start with, the dashboard provides the proprietary Affect Lab score along with attention, engagement, and emotion scores for the selected stimuli.
AffectLab Score, Attention, Engagement, Positive Emotions, and Negative Emotions are calculated only for the Facial Coding test. Negative Emotion doesn't necessarily mean that the tested stimuli are not effective, and hence are used as an indicator of effectiveness.
Followed by the emotional scores, the dashboard provides the video/image of the eye-tracking results along with the sec-by-sec emotions graph.
Here users can choose the type of eye-tracking result they want to visualize and select between Heat Map, Transparency, and Gaze Plot. Area of Interest (AOI) allows users to highlight any segment on the screen to view the results of that segment alone for finer analysis.
The Sec-by-sec graph on the right side provides the Attention and Engagement score for the entire duration of the stimuli exposure. Users can use the toggle switch to view the sec-by-sec score of all emotions (Anger, Fear, Contempt, Sadness, Detached, Surprise, and Happy) or the Attention and Engagement score.
For finer emotional analysis, users can look into the Web and Bar Charts.
Users can also download the results in CSV format from the Report table present in the Dashboard.

results include the name of the product in the AOI, the price of the product, whether the product was clicked/added to the cart, etc.
