Tag media

Note - In case there is no requirement for specific questions to precede or follow specific stimuli in the campaign, users can skip this functionality entirely.

The 'Tag Media' functionality in Affect Lab provides users the ability to tag their pre-survey or post-survey questions to specific stimuli in the campaign. This results in those questions appearing only before or after those stimuli in the overall flow of the study. A single question can be tagged to multiple stimuli through this option.

How to leverage the 'Tag Media' functionality in your campaigns?

While crafting pre-survey or post-survey questionnaires in your campaign, simply click on the 'Tag Media' dropdown that appears next to the question you might be configuring.

In the drop-down, simply select the stimuli that should be tagged to the question.

In the above example, this post-survey question will only appear after 'Video Sample 1' has been exposed to the respondents. This question will not appear after any other video stimuli have been uploaded.

A few things to note:
1. What happens when no stimuli are selected in 'Tag Media'?

page2image3174176

In case no stimuli are selected in 'Tag Media', the question will appear in the default flow

In pre-survey questionnaires, questions without any media tag will appear before the stimuli are exposed to the respondents.

In post-survey questionnaires, questions without any media tagged will appear after all the stimuli have been exposed to the respondents.

2. What happens when all the stimuli have been selected in 'Tag Media'?

In case all the stimuli have been selected in the 'Tag Media' dropdown, the question will individually precede or follow the stimuli

In pre-survey questionnaires, questions that have all the stimuli selected in 'Tag Media' will individually appear before each stimulus is exposed to the respondents.

In post-survey questionnaires, questions that have all the stimuli selected in 'Tag Media' will individually appear after each stimulus has been exposed to the respondents.
