Learn about the size, format, and duration requirements for stimuli belonging to different campaign types 

Media Insights - Video Testing 

Max. number of stimuli that can be tested: 10 (including URLs) 

Formats supported: mp4,.mov, YouTube public URL, Vimeo public URL 

Max. size Supported: upto 100 MB 

Max. duration supported: up to 900s / 10 minutes (for all videos combined) 

Additional points to note 

Media insights campaigns can support a combination of uploaded media and URLs 

Eye Tracking accuracy will grade down for longer media duration. So, it is recommended to break it down into multiple tests 

Media Insights - Image Testing 

Max. number of stimuli that can be tested: 10
Formats supported: .jpeg, .jpg, .png
Max. size supported: up to 5 MB per file
Max. recommended duration of exposure: up to 180s / 3 minutes 

Shopper Insights 

Max. number of stimuli that can be tested: 10 (includes 2D packs, 2D shelves, Virtual shelves and Interactive shelves) 

For Interactive and Virtual Shelves: 50 images of product packs can be uploaded to build the shelf

Max. recommended duration of exposure per stimuli: up to 180s Max. duration of exposure of a test: up to 900s
